RE: INVITATION FOR THE ANNUAL KIMAJET SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS CONTEST AND SYMPOSIUM.
Makueni Boy’s High School has the pleasure to invite your school to participate in a Science and Mathematics Contest and Symposium on 17th May 2025 starting at 8.30 am. This is aimed at improving performance in these important subjects.
The contest will involve only form 4 students. The subjects involved in the contest are; Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics. The contest will be sat for, marked and the winning students and schools awarded.
Students are expected to participate in teams as follows;
- Each team will comprise of ten (10) students.
- A school can opt to register more than one team in a subject.
- Registration fee is sh.3,000/= per team of 10 students per subject to cater for expenses, awards and certificates.
- Registration for symposium is 3,000/= for all the students attending (carry as many students for symposium as you choose).
- A student must sit for two different subjects of choice in the contest and only one subject for the symposium.
- Symposium will progress as the contest goes on.
- Students are advised to carry packed lunch and the necessary Mathematical instruments.
Kindly confirm your participation and number of teams by 10th May 2025 for planning and logistics.
