ANNUAL MATHEMATICS CONTEST

RE: INVITATION TO OUR 20TH MATHEMATICS CONTEST.

Kabare Girls’ Mathematics Department have the pleasure to invite your school to participate in our  
20th Annual Mathematics Contest to be held in the school on Saturday 24th May 2025 starting at 7:00 am.  
The objective of the contest is to demystify and popularize mathematics as a subject.  
It also provides students and teachers an opportunity to interact and share experiences  
on how to improve the performance in Mathematics.  
The contest will be sat for, marked and the winning school and student presented with awards on the same day.  

Each school should present 10(ten) participants per team as follows:  
5 form fours, 3 form threes and 2 form twos.  

NB: A School can present more than one team.  
Each participating team should pay Kshs 3,000 (Three thousand only)  
to meet the cost of the stationary, awards, and payment of marking.  
Advise the students also to carry necessary mathematical tools.  

The best girl and best boy overall in form 4 will be awarded with scholarship at Strathmore University.  
Consequently, top ten boys and girls in form 4 qualifies for a grand finale contest  
which is held annually at Strathmore University.
